Africa Gospel Awards Festival (AGAFEST) Now Fixed For March 30

The maiden edition of the Africa Gospel Awards Festival (AGAFEST) has been rescheduled to Saturday, March 30, 2019.

The gospel awards event which was initially pegged at March 8 was pushed forward to create comfort for the participants, awardees and musicians expected to attend the programme.

The event venue has also been changed from the Fantasy Dome to the Action Dome at Spintex Road, Accra.

The awards seek to encourage, motivate and inspire gospel talents and Christian activities and ventures to attain excellence in their ministries and businesses, and also enhance their labor of love for the expansion of the Kingdom of God.

This year’s AGAFEST is under the theme “Africa under one God”.

The first edition covers four (4) African countries – Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa and Kenya – and according to the Chief Executive Officer of AGAFEST, Prince Mackay; the Awards will be expanded to encompass other African countries in subsequent editions.

It will be a two-day event with the first day being an Africa Gospel Business Summit and the Awards ceremony on Saturday, which will be the second day.

Tickets are selling for GHC 100 (VIP) and GHC (50).
