The highly anticipated worship event, MTN Stands in Worship 2018, was held yesterday with lots of music lovers thronging the Fantasy Dome at Trade Fair to enjoy a night in God’s presence.
The concert, which is an annual gospel music event aimed at entertaining Ghanaian gospel music lovers, is being organised to thank God for the mercies and kindness He continues to shower on Ghana.
Ghanaian Gospel acts like Joe Beechem, Obaapa Christy, Koda, Joe Mettle, Yaw Sarpong & Asomanfo, Eugene Zuta among others graced the night with great performances at the MTN Stands in Worship 2018.
While Celestine Donkor displayed God’s goodness through music, veteran Gospel artiste, Joe Beechem, proved that indeed he had not lost his zest for worship in reverence to God.
2017 VGMA Artiste of the Year, Joe Mettle did a back to back ministration of his hit songs ‘Onwanwani’, ‘ Bo Nooni’, and the most recent ‘My Everything’ erupting the audience into excitement during the MTN Stands in Worship 2018.
Obaapa Christy, on the hand, was relentless with her performance as Yaw Sarpong & Asomanfo rendered some classics from their collection of gospel music.
