Celebrated Ghanaian gospel singer, Sonnie Badu, has been appointed as the Dean of Music in a top European university – this adds to his large pool of appointments, awards and recognitions.

Sonnie shared this piece of good news on his social media page where he announced his appointment as the Dean and Professor of Music at the Trinity International University of Ambassadors.

The Trinity International University of Ambassadors is a top Christian university located in Duluth, Georgia where higher Christian and leadership training is offered.

This appointment by Sonnie Badu will require him to bring his music and pastoral knowledge and experience to help in the holistic education and training of students.

His post on Instagram came with the caption:

“Humbled … to @trinityiua thank you for this honour and I pray God uses me to add to what you already have achieved … Now let the hard work begin … In order to achieve this and make this faculty one of the best in the world, I will be bringing a few trusted legends together as lecturers… My first lecturer will my mentor in music @kwame__yeboah and if you don’t know him go follow him … We will ensure that @trinityiua becomes the best.”

His followers and other industry players have since showered him with praise and wished him well in his new endeavour at the Trinity International University of Ambassadors.
