My beef With Ernest Opoku Was for Hype – Bro Sammy

Spread The Love

Gospel Musician, Brother Sammy says it’s good to “beef” with other artistes in order to penetrate the Ghanaian music market easily.

It could be remembered that Brother Sammy and Ernest Opoku were in some form of rivalry and the two could not see eye to eye.

But speaking to Joy News’ MzGee, Brother Sammy mentioned that it was a calculated attempt to get “hype” some projects they had coming up.

He noted that since it’s difficult making an impact on the music scene in Ghana, the best way is to cook up some form of controversy or beef in order to catch the attention.

Brother Sammy is one of Ghana’s biggest worshippers.

The artiste has been surrounded with several controversies since he came to the spotlight with his music.
