Gospel artiste, Ceccy Twum has advised her fellow gospel artistes to endeavor to release songs that have great content and are backed by the Holy Spirit in order to be able to impact lives positively.

She gave this advice when she made an appearance on the TIG Show with Franky5 at Hitz FM. Ceccy Twum is of the belief that some Gospel artistes just fancy going to the studio to work on songs without considering the impact it could have on people. She also noted that people don’t regard gospel artistes because of the way some Gospel artistes brand and package themselves adding that a flamboyant living is not an expression of pride but a blessing.

According to her, gospel artistes should release songs that would ultimately glorify God and ensure that they work on good music videos to complement their songs instead of always using flowers and other irrelevant things in their videos. When she was asked why she has never been awarded the overall artiste at the VGMAs, Ceccy Twum disclosed that she believes her time isn’t due yet and may be due to the fact that the organizers think she is not qualified yet but she was quick to add that her focus isn’t really on awards. She was optimistic that a gospel artiste would very soon win the ultimate award at the VGMAs.

Contrary to what other gospel artistes say about their unwillingness to go to the night club to minister, she has made it clear that, she will go there any time the opportunity presents itself to win souls for God as Jesus Christ came for the sinner and not the righteous.
Ceccy Twum is currently under the management of IREVA CONSULTS, an Artist Management, Events and Celebrity Business Management firm headed by Frank Kwabena Owusu who also doubles as the Business Manager for Nacee, No Tribe, Nana Asaase, One Voice Choir and The Manifest Acapella Group. Ceccy Twum celebrated her birthday last Sunday, 13th November, 2016. May God increase her in talent, wisdom and stature!
