Upcoming Gospel Artiste Rexford Nimako Unveils ‘Aseda Ndwom’ Single

After seven years of being behind the scenes; up – and – coming Ghanaian Gospel artiste Rexford Nimako, has finally released his first classic and soaring single “Aseda Ndwom” off his maiden gospel album titled “Todah”.

“Aseda Ndwom” is the first single off Rexford Nimako anticipated album entitled TODAH. The ten track album is made up of inspirational praise and worship songs.

“Aseda Ndwom” which is literally translated in the Akan Dialect as Thanksgiving song is a very powerful song with a strong lyrical content of giving all thanks to the maker of the universe, Jesus Christ. The tune offers inspirational commentary on giving God all the adoration and appreciating Him for all that He has done for us.

With its reggae vibe and rhythms and easy-going decree, “Aseda Ndwom” is one of the most indelible songs produced from the auspices of Cue Pewezeel.

“Aseda Ndwom was a song given to Rexford Nimako by the Holy Spirit when walking to the studio worshiping. The song “Aseda Ndwom” was recorded the very day it was given by God. It is a song that tells God how greatful I am for saving me from sins,” he told GospelEmpireGh.Com.

The Accra Dzorwulu based Gospel singer an active member of the Church of Pentecost for some years now.The Gospel Icon passion for music all started when he was at age five where he started singing at Sunday school church services. But he diverted to do secular music when he got to SHS.

“I did secular music for some years, brought out singles which was recorded by Liquid Beatz. And God brought me back on the path, where I belong, which is the Gospel music,” he revealed to GospelEmpireGh.Com.

According to Rexford, he is doing Gospel not because he chose to do Gospel but he is doing Gospel because it is a calling upon his life and he quoted the scripture Isaiah 43:21.

Rexford recounted how he decided to pursue his passion for music at a tender age and how far he has come.

“It wasn’t easy getting someone to support me, especially with the recording of my Todah Album. But I thank God he brought my way Mr Kwadwo Kyeremanteng and Mr Lloyd Osei Baffour of CueMusic to help me bring out this Album. Also a great thank you to my pastor, Rev. John Viscount Arkoh, and my mentor Eld. Andrews Abassa-Manu for encouraging me in several ways even when I felt like giving up. Also there have been times where I’ve gone to places to rehearse with my team and were shamefully sent out. But in all we didn’t give up,” he explained.

Rexford has shared the same stage during performance with Min Francis Amo, Pastor Isaiah Fosu-Kwakye, Min Ruth Adjei and Cindy Thompson and others.

He is also known for his Annual Worship Programs for Seven years now, which include HOUR OF PRAISE AND HEART OF WORSHIP.
