The Prayers Some Call Nuisance have Saved Ghana – Rev Eastwood

Founder of Fountain Gate Chapel, Rev Eastwood Anaba, has unequivocally rebuked critics and hypocrites who criticize prophets in their prophetic office.

Speaking to his congregants, as monitored by GospelEmpireGh.Com, the respected man of God expressed his displeasure over the increment at which a few Ghanaians condemn prophecies, revelations and declarations proclaimed by Prophets.

He clarified that prophets are the ones who stand amid the intrusion of principalities and powers on the land so that restoration can be accomplished.

Supporting his argument, Rev. Eastwood Anaba quoted Luke 19:8 clarify that Zacchaeus stood in the midst of accusations.

Luke 19:8 : ‘And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken anything from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.’

In the said video, Rev Eastwood Anaba stressed that some Ghanaians are hypocrite because they don’t support their own pastors but instep arrange for their individual ministers down drop and disgrace.

“You may not give us credit but it’s because of the church that some calamities have been avoided. Ghana sometimes forget that the prayers they call nuisance is the reason why Ghana has been in peace all these years. Civil war circled around the whole West Africa. It was the Men of in Ghana that averted majority of the calamities that was about to befall Ghana. We have saved this city, not once, not twice, not three times, not four times and some Ghanaians forget. The only thing they use to reward us is punishment,” he stressed.

He further told his congregants: “The prophets are God’s advisers. If a prophet comes to tell you that by tomorrow all your teeth would be removed, go and pray and beg God that your teeth should not be removed. Don’t insult the prophet!!! Everybody is born again but it’s not everyone that can stand before God. When we stand before God, the responsibilities He puts on us, if we put on you for one week, you will die. ”

Rev Eastwood Anaba is a graduate pharmacist from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. Pastor Eastwood left the pharmacy profession to go into full time ministry of the Lord in 1988. 

He and his wife Rosemond live with their children in Bolgatanga where he pastors the DESERT PASTURES, a member church of the Fountain Gate Chapel with a congregation of over three thousand members. As a revivalist, the itinerant ministry of Pastor Eastwood features a busy schedule that has taken him to several nations of the world.
